"Chef Lachelle is the dynamo at the center of Twin Cities’ African-American food scene and is known for cooking globally inspired comfort food that thwarts unhealthy stereotypes and fuses in global flavors." FREE Thursdays, April 22, 29, May 13 and 17, 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. Ingredients may be provided for free and available for pick up at BCS in advance for some of the sessions. Participants will be notified by email the week of for pick up times. All sessions are virtual and participants will receive the Zoom link in advance.
